It failed miserably...
Now mind you - this is 48 hours after the ice storm. Like unwelcome guests, it just keeps hanging around!
Although I must admit that the ice is very beautiful and sculptural.
HOWEVER, this morning we woke up to THIS:
The snow (it's not very clear on the photo) is coming down quite heavy. AND it's starting to stick!
This wasn't even forecast!
I've had enough - send sunshine and warmth. I'm ready for spring!

I'm with you.... bring on the green grass and the daffodils!! I didn't know you got such weather in Kentucky? I'm up here in the frozen north called Canada, and that's how we are for half the year Uck!!! whaaaaaa I want spring to....
